Vineyard and terroir
The grapes grow in the commune of S. Pietro di Lavagno, at 134–168 m above sea level. The plots face south and southeast and have calcareous basalt soils. The vines were planted between 1968 and 1985.
Grapes
The Corvina component comprises Corvina Grossa and Corvina Gentile.

After pressing, the wine ages in French oak barriques for 30 months, followed by at least 14 months in bottle in the winery’s cellars before release.
