2018 — Creation of Fattoria di Collefertile
The Fattoria di Collefertile project was created in 2018 on a 450-hectare estate in the heart of Mugello, Tuscany. The project extended the production approach into organic farming, with an increasing emphasis on sustainable practices.
Alongside its agricultural activity, the estate produces the organic extra virgin olive oil Da Noi a Voi from Moraiolo, Frantoio and Leccino cultivars.
