Vineyard and terroir
The Nerello Cappuccio comes from estate vines planted in 1970, on predominantly sandy soils mixed with volcanic rock.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested by hand and carefully selected. The must undergoes spontaneous malolactic fermentation, followed by fermentation in temperature-controlled stainless-steel tanks.

A young, elegant and refined wine, with freshness and an expressive berry aroma.
