The fruit comes from the Prepotto area, whose distinctive soils and climate help white grape varieties express their character.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested in early September and fermented in stainless-steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 18 °C.
Ageing
The wine remains on its fine lees for at least four months, followed by approximately two months of stabilization in bottle.
