Vinification
Traditional white vinification is carried out without skin contact. Fermentation proceeds at a controlled temperature for approximately 10 days. The wine is subsequently cold-stabilized and filtered before bottling.
Tasting profile
Pale straw-yellow in color, with fresh, fruity aromas. The palate is dry and delicate.
Serving and pairing
Serve at 10°C. Available in 750 mL bottles.
