Tasting profile
Straw yellow. Mediterranean herbs and fresh flowers lead the aroma, followed by riper honeyed nuances, fresh fruit and tropical notes. The palate is fresh, persistent and light, with tangy salinity.

Serve at 8–10°C with fish dishes, white meats or vegetarian cuisine.
