Tasting profile
Light straw yellow in colour. The spring-like bouquet combines Mediterranean spices and fresh flowers with occasional mature notes of honey, fresh fruit and tropical nuances. The palate is fresh, saline, slender and persistent, with an aftertaste that recalls the aromas perceived on the nose.
Serving and pairing
Serve at 8–10°C. Pair with light starters, rice salads, soups, boiled white meats, fish dishes, molluscs and shellfish.
