Tasting profile
Straw yellow in colour. Mediterranean spices shape the persistent, rounded aromatic profile. The palate is savoury and lingering, with a saline character and an aftertaste that recalls the aromas perceived on the nose.
Serving and pairing
Serve at 8–10°C. Pair with light starters, rice salads, soups, white meats, fish dishes, shellfish and molluscs, or serve as an aperitif.
Ageing
The wine shows Mediterranean-scrub aromas in its youth. With further evolution after the vintage, its profile becomes warmer, softer and more sensual.
