Questo vino
Vineyard and terroir
The Chardonnay is grown on the rolling hills of Oltradige at approximately 450 m and in selected, well-aerated vineyards in Bassa Atesina at 300–400 m. The sites combine volcanic porphyry with gravelly limestone soils.
Grapes
Chardonnay.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested by hand into small containers to avoid excessive pressure. After gentle pressing, the must is clarified by natural sedimentation. Alcoholic fermentation takes place in stainless-steel tanks at a controlled temperature.

The wine matures on its fine lees after fermentation.
