Vineyard and terroir
Lagrein is grown on the eastern side of Bassa Atesina at 280–300 m above sea level. The area’s sandy, warm and deep soils suit this late-ripening local variety. Strong temperature fluctuations help the grapes develop an intense yet delicate aromatic profile.

Vinification
The grapes are picked by hand and transported in small containers to protect them from excessive pressure. After destemming, alcoholic fermentation proceeds at a controlled temperature in stainless-steel tanks, followed by malolactic fermentation.
Ageing
The wine matures for 6 months in large wooden barrels and concrete vats.
