Ageing
The wine rests on its lees in stainless-steel tanks for six months, followed by several additional months in the cellar after bottling.
Label / history
The name “Midor” combines Michelle and Doretta, the names of the parents of Annamaria and Clara, the sisters who run Gorghi Tondi.
