Vineyard and terroir
The selected fruit comes from the municipality of Maser, a few kilometres from the historic town of Asolo in Veneto.
Grapes
The wine uses a selection of Glera grapes.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested by hand from 5 to 15 September. Gentle pressing and natural fermentation are followed by a second fermentation in stainless-steel tanks using the Charmat method.
