The Pinot Nero comes from the “Roccolo” vineyard.
Vinification
The varieties are vinified separately. Pinot Nero undergoes a short skin maceration before being blended with Chardonnay.
Ageing
The wine undergoes long, slow ageing in the La Valle cellars.
