Tasting profile
Citrus and fresh vegetal aromas are complemented by a pleasant note of freshly baked bread. The palate is lively and energetic. A fine, delicate perlage prolongs the flavours, sustains freshness and leaves the palate clean, making the wine particularly versatile at the table.
Serving and pairing
Serve at 7–9°C with fish and vegetable antipasti, including more elaborate preparations, seafood pasta and baked or roasted fish. In the production area it is also served throughout the meal.
