Made from Glera grown on the lower section of the Follo hill.

100% Glera.
Vinification
The grapes are gently pressed and the must ferments at a controlled temperature. Secondary fermentation takes place in steel vats.
Technical data
Alcohol: 11% vol. Residual sugar: 10 g/L. Format: 0.75 L. Harvest takes place around mid-September.
Tasting profile
A dry, light semi-sparkling wine with a pale straw colour and an abundant floral and fruity fragrance.
Serving and pairing
Serve at 8–10°C as an aperitif, with antipasti or uncomplicated pasta dishes. Its light style also suits modern, youthful cuisine.
Label / history
Mas recalls an old family and local tradition through its classic string-tied closure. Each bottle continues to be sealed and tied by hand.
