Vinification
The Malvasia grapes are hand-picked in the third week of September. Fermentation is spontaneous, and the must stays on the skins in amphora for 6 months. The wine is bottled without fining or filtration.

Orange began as an experiment at Le Vigne di Zamo. The result was so impressive, and demand so high, that it became a permanent part of the range.
