Vineyard and terroir
The grapes grow on limestone-soil vineyard plots in San Lorenzo. The estate follows organic farming principles.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested and sorted by hand, then macerated in stainless-steel vats for 8–10 days.
Ageing
The wine matures in oak barrels of two different sizes. After bottling, it rests further in the winery’s cellars.
Tasting profile
The bouquet is inviting and expressive. The palate is rich and rounded, with deep flavour, refined structure and finely textured tannins.
