Vineyard and terroir
The fruit grows in vineyards in Colli Orientali Friuli, on soils composed of Eocene marl and sandstone.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested by hand in the first half of September. At the winery, they are destemmed, briefly macerated and gently pressed. The must ferments at a controlled temperature in stainless-steel tanks.
Ageing
The wine remains on its lees in stainless-steel tanks for six months, followed by at least two months in bottle.
Tasting profile
Floral aromas lead to a long, fruity finish.
