The fruit comes from the heart of Collio, from land particularly suited to Pinot Bianco.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested by hand and carefully selected. After gentle pressing, they undergo a short maceration, followed by fermentation in stainless-steel tanks and Hungarian oak barriques.
