Questo vino
Vineyard and terroir
The grapes come from the municipalities of Luni and Castelnuovo Magra. Mearosa combines three red varieties long associated with the local landscape, bringing together fruit, freshness, elegance and complexity.
Grapes
Ciliegiolo, Merlot and Vermentino Nero. Ciliegiolo and Merlot are joined by the native Vermentino Nero, whose fruit, freshness and delicate tannins suit the production of rosé.
Vinification
The grapes undergo cold maceration on their skins for 24 hours, followed by fermentation at a controlled temperature. The restrained period of skin contact is intended to preserve finesse and elegance.
Technical data
Liguria di Levante I.G.T. Rosato. Alcohol: 12.5% vol.
