Vineyard and terroir
Fruit comes from both estate vineyards and vineyards cultivated by partner growers in the foothills of Luni, Castelnuovo Magra and Sarzana.
Grapes
Vermentino.
Vinification
Fermentation takes place in stainless-steel tanks at controlled temperature. The restrained vinification is designed to retain the freshness and elegance associated with Vermentino from the Colli di Luni, expressed through floral and lightly fruity aromas, sapidity and balance.
Ageing
Approximately three months on fine lees in stainless steel.

Colli di Luni DOC Vermentino. Alcohol: 12.5% vol.
Tasting profile
Light greenish yellow. The intense bouquet centres on citrus notes of lemon peel and lime, completed by white peach, myrtle leaf and chamomile. Soft and rounded on the palate, with acidity balanced by pleasant sapidity. The fruity finish is notably persistent.
Label / history
This was the first wine Paolo Bosoni made from Vermentino grapes, more than forty years ago. Its production approach has remained unchanged, and over time the wine became an emblem of the cellar.
