Vineyard and terroir
Vermentino Nero originates in the coastal hills of northern Tuscany and the easternmost part of Liguria. Lunae planted approximately three hectares in the early 2000s. The fruit comes from foothill vineyards with medium-textured soils and from the Luni plain, where the soils are predominantly sandy. These contrasting environments contribute finesse, balance and a distinct territorial character.
Grapes
100% Vermentino Nero.
Vinification
The wine undergoes a gentle, temperature-controlled fermentation in stainless steel, with approximately 10 days of skin contact. It is racked before maturation.

Six months in 20 hl wooden casks.
