Vineyard and terroir
The grapes come from a south-facing vineyard at the foot of the Montecchio Maggiore castle, west of Vicenza. The area has limestone soil.
Ageing
The wine matures in stainless-steel tanks, without oak.
Tasting profile
Bright straw yellow. The fresh, clean nose offers white flowers with subtle apple, pear and tropical-fruit notes. The palate is fresh and mineral, with balanced acidity and an easy-drinking character.
