The grapes grow on limestone and clay soils.
Vinification
Harvest takes place from late September to early October. The grapes undergo five days of skin maceration, followed by alcoholic fermentation in stainless-steel tanks. Malolactic fermentation begins once alcoholic fermentation is complete.
