Vineyard and terroir

The grapes come from Cannubi. The vines were planted between 1958 and 1990.

Vinification

The grapes are harvested by hand. Fermentation on the skins takes place in oak casks for 20 days at 27–30 °C, followed by malolactic fermentation.

Ageing

The wine matures for at least three years: two years in medium-sized oak casks and one year in bottle. It can be enjoyed young.

Tasting profile

Elegant.

Serving and pairing

Decant for one hour before serving.

Label / history

Designed by Giancarlo Ferraris, the label depicts a real house in the vineyard, distinguished by its unusual roof, beneath a blue sun.
