Vineyard and terroir
The grapes are grown in the province of Treviso.
Vinification
The grapes are gently pressed, and the juice undergoes an initial fermentation. A second fermentation takes place in sealed tanks using the Charmat method, after which the wine is bottled under pressure.
Ageing
The wine rests in bottle for one year.
Tasting profile
A fine stream of bubbles accompanies a delicate fruity aroma. The wine has excellent structure.

The Prestige Collection comprises classic sparkling wines associated with Mionetto since the winery was founded. The range has a distinctive, elegant label design.
