Vineyard and terroir
The fruit is grown in Valdobbiadene, in the approximately 200-hectare site known as Rive di Santo Stefano. Its steep, difficult terrain requires the vineyards to be worked by hand.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested at optimal ripeness and gently pressed. After the initial fermentation, secondary fermentation takes place in sealed tanks using the Charmat method.
Serving and pairing
Suitable as an aperitif or with appetizers, seafood or fish.
Label / history
The wine belongs to Mionetto’s Luxury Collection. The collection uses a distinctive curved bottle. The 2013 vintage received a silver medal at the Mundus Vini competition.
