Vineyard and terroir
The grapes are grown on hills in the Valdobbiadene Superiore area.
Vinification
The grapes are gently pressed, after which the juice undergoes fermentation. A second fermentation follows in sealed stainless-steel tanks using the Charmat method. The wine is bottled under pressure.
Ageing
It rests in bottle for a further year.
Tasting profile
Elegant, with intense fruit notes, balanced acidity and a fine stream of bubbles.
Serving and pairing
Suitable as an aperitif or with fish and seafood.
