Vineyard and terroir
The Glera grapes are grown on hills in the Prosecco area without chemical products or synthetic fertilisers. The vineyards have soil and climatic conditions suited to the variety.
Vinification
The grapes are gently pressed, followed by secondary fermentation using the Charmat method.
Serving and pairing
Suitable as an aperitif and with white meat, fresh fish and risotto.
Label / history
The wine belongs to the Prestige Collection, which comprises sparkling wines associated with Mionetto since the winery’s foundation. Its label has soft lines that become finer toward the neck, with microtextured materials and shiny foil. The wine received a silver medal at the 2016 International Wine & Spirit Competition.
