Vineyard and terroir
The red grapes are grown in Veneto and Trentino, in vineyards with favourable soil and climatic conditions.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested at optimal ripeness, gently pressed and briefly macerated on their skins. Secondary fermentation takes place using the Charmat method to preserve the character of the grape varieties and their terroir.
Serving and pairing
Suitable as an aperitif and with risotto, shellfish and seafood.
Label / history
The wine belongs to the Prestige Collection, a range of sparkling wines associated with Mionetto’s history since the winery’s foundation. Its label and bottle feature tapering lines, micro-textured materials and shiny foil.
