Vineyard and terroir
The vineyards are located in Fumane, in the heart of the Valpolicella Classico region.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested by hand from the last week of September to early October. They are pressed and macerated in stainless-steel tanks for 15 days.
Ageing
The wine ages for 12 months, with two-thirds kept in stainless-steel tanks and one-third in oak barriques.
