Vineyard and terroir
The grapes for this Riserva grow in the heart of the Chianti Classico region at 350–400 metres above sea level. The area's character comes from its microclimate and soil: wide temperature swings between day and night, and stony ground that suits viticulture. Only the best grapes are selected for the producer's Riserva wines.
