Vineyard and terroir
The organically grown Grechetto and Trebbiano come from estate vineyards between 280 and 350 metres above sea level. The clay-calcareous soils contain a substantial skeletal component. Vines are Guyot-trained at a density of approximately 5,000 plants per hectare.

Vinification
Harvesting is carried out strictly by hand, with the bunches collected in crates. The grapes are destemmed and gently pressed. Alcoholic fermentation begins in stainless steel.
