Vineyard and terroir
The organically grown Grechetto di Todi comes from one of the estate's leading vineyards at Monte Vibiano. The site hosts a beekeeping project conceived around sustainability and the protection of nature. It lies at 280–350 metres above sea level on clay-calcareous soil with a substantial presence of skeletal material. The vines are Guyot-trained at approximately 5,000 plants per hectare, and harvesting is carried out strictly by hand into boxes.
