Tasting profile
Bright antique-gold in colour. Pineapple, banana and pear lead the aroma, alternating ripe-fruit richness with freshness and complexity. Citrus and grapefruit nuances highlight saline notes, aromatic herbs and an elegant touch of white pepper. The palate is full and substantial, with savoury freshness and a very persistent finish.
Serving and pairing
Recommended with smoked-fish appetizers, crostini topped with goose-liver pâté, grilled fish and carbonara finished with freshly grated truffle. Its profile also allows it to be enjoyed on its own as a meditation wine.
