Tasting profile
Pale yellow tending toward gold. White-fruit aromas lead into fresh tropical notes of papaya and banana, followed by distinct lychee and a fine citrus background.

Suggested pairings include risotto with asparagus tips and crispy bacon or Catalan-style lobster. It also suits pasta and risotto dishes, white meats, fish and seafood, soups, quiches and soft cheeses.

The product release is the 2021 vintage. The awards displayed with the wine—Silver at the China World Wine Award and Bronze at the Decanter World Wine Awards, both in 2021—are attributed in the estate’s awards record to Maria Camilla 2019.
