Vineyard and terroir
The white grapes come from the family estate's vineyards, which are under organic conversion. The vines grow at 280–350 metres above sea level on clay-limestone soils with a substantial stony component. The vineyards are trained to Guyot and spurred cordon systems. Harvesting is performed strictly by hand into crates.
Grapes
A blend of white grapes from the estate.
Vinification
The grapes are destemmed and gently pressed. Alcoholic fermentation takes place in stainless steel.
Ageing
The wine matures in stainless steel to preserve its freshness.

An uncomplicated, everyday white with fresh floral aromas and a delicate, genuine palate.

Suited to a broad range of dishes, particularly appetizers, first courses, soups, grilled vegetables and white meats.
