Vineyard and terroir
The vines grow in the Isarco Valley at 600–850 m above sea level, on sandy loam soils.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested by hand at the end of October and gently pressed at the winery. Fermentation proceeds slowly in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks.
Ageing
The wine ages on its lees in barriques for nine months.
