Vineyard and terroir
The vineyards lie in the Isarco Valley at 600–670 metres above sea level, on sandy loam soils.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested by hand in late October and gently pressed at the winery. Fermentation takes place in acacia barrels at a controlled temperature.
Ageing
The wine rests in the same acacia barrels for six months.
