Vineyard and terroir
The vines grow in vineyards in the Isarco Valley, on sandy loam soils at an altitude of 700 metres.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested by hand at the end of October and gently pressed at the winery. Fermentation proceeds slowly in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature.
Ageing
The wine rests on its lees in acacia barriques for six months.
