The vines grow in the Isarco Valley at an altitude of 650 m, on sandy loam soils.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested by hand in late October and gently pressed at the winery before fermentation at a controlled temperature.
Ageing
The wine rests on its lees in acacia barriques for six months.
