Vineyard and terroir
The fruit comes from the Is Crabilis vineyard in the lower part of Sardinia. Its clay-limestone soil contains abundant rocky material.
Vinification
The grapes are gently pressed, then fermented with yeast at 15 °C in stainless-steel tanks.
Ageing
The wine rests for several months in neutral vessels before bottling.
