Storia
Paolo Manzone worked for many years as a consulting winemaker before opening his own winery with his wife in 1999. Luciela Corino's family had owned vineyards in Meriam Serralunga for several generations. Rather than making wine themselves, they leased the vineyards to the local cooperative.
The winery now occupies a restored old distillery, fitted with modern equipment while continuing to follow traditional winemaking methods.
