The grapes grow at 400 m above sea level, with a planting density of 4,500 vines per hectare.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested in the second half of September and sorted before the initial fermentation. A second fermentation takes place in stainless-steel tanks at low temperature for two months.
Tasting profile
The aroma is pleasantly fruity, while the palate shows floral notes and fine, elegant bubbles.
