The Cabernet Franc grows on the stony soils of Friuli.
Vinification
The grapes are generally harvested in the first week of October at optimal ripeness. They are gently pressed, then fermented on the skins in temperature-controlled stainless-steel tanks using the Ganimede method.
Ageing
The wine rests briefly in bottle in the winery’s cellars.
