The grapes grow on stony soils in Friuli.
Vinification
Harvest normally takes place at optimal ripeness during the first two weeks of September. The grapes are gently pressed and fermented in stainless-steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 18 °C.
Ageing
The wine rests briefly in bottle in the winery’s cellars.
