The grapes grow on stony soils in Friuli.
Vinification
Harvest takes place at optimal ripeness, usually in the first half of October. The grapes are gently pressed and fermented on the skins using the Ganimede method in temperature-controlled stainless-steel tanks.
Ageing
The wine rests briefly in bottle in the winery’s cellars.
