The wine comes from 5 ha of vineyards at an average altitude of 280 m above sea level. The soils consist of galestro and alberese. Planting density is 5,600 vines per hectare, trained using the Guyot system. Total production is listed as 15 hl, with an availability of 20,000 bottles.
Grapes
100% Sangiovese grosso.
Vinification
Alcoholic fermentation takes place in stainless-steel tanks. Malolactic fermentation is carried out in oak barrels.
Ageing
The wine matures for one year in French-oak tonneaux, followed by three years in French-oak barrels.
