Vineyard and terroir
The fruit is grown in Maremma, Tuscany.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested in early September, destemmed and cold-macerated for five days at 5–7 °C. Alcoholic fermentation follows the white-wine method in stainless-steel tanks at a controlled temperature of approximately 17 °C. The wine is then clarified and filtered.
Ageing
The wine is bottled in February of the year after harvest.
