Tasting profile
A youthful, lively wine with a deep ruby-red appearance and distinct violet highlights. It has good visual density and consistency in the glass.
The nose is intense and immediate, led by cherry, wild berries and blackberry. A light note of red flowers accompanies Dolcetto’s vinous character, with fermentation-derived aromas, well-integrated alcohol and a clean, precise bouquet.
The palate is dry and supple, with freshness that emphasizes the crisp character of the fruit. Its tannins are evident but fully integrated, without drying or astringent sensations. A slight tannin-derived bitterness shapes the finish. The wine is persistent, fine and balanced, with an easy-drinking style intended for everyday enjoyment.
